“Spoke-POV” Programmable Bicycle Wheel Lights from Adafruit Industries are awesome, Ive had these for over a year. Its a “Kit” you buy in pieces and have to solder together. Then you use a “dongle” to connect them to your computer and via the software you can upload 4 different images. Check out sanjosebikeblog.com for a full write up on them!
