Cycle Computer Sigma Sport BC 1606L?
Question by Scullycj: Cycle Computer Sigma Sport BC 1606L?
I have upgraded from my old cycle comp a BC-401,
to a Sigma Sport BC 1606L (wired version)
What is the purpose for the “Cadence” feature
It looks like it’s the same as a tachometer.
the only features the 401 had was
Speed, Trip distance, and time.
the new one has
Many more things than I care about, I just wanted a lighted one and this has that
I do road/trail riding. and the bike I have is a Mtn bike

Yes, cadence is the same thing as a tachometer. There should be a second sensor for your crank to pick up RPM.
