Assembly of Specialized Demo Freeride Mountain Bike – Autodesk Inventor

this is an animation of the reverse explosion of my CAD assembly of a Specialized Demo mountain bike. The program that I used is Autodesk’s Inventor program, and from my experience, It can’t be beat for solid modeling. I created the bike completely from scratch, using only a picture of the bike itself (calculated all dimensions using a ruler and calculator), and some size dimensions of the front fork.

the bike has too many parts. There should be just 3 parts: frame. 2 wheels.

nice im taking a 2nd year of class where we use autodesk inventor 2010 its fun… but im not nearly as good as you

@FAMSjonathan Before I started, I had to pick a bike. My decision was between this Specialized and an Ironhorse (i think I was going to do the Sunday). Very close decision. I think I found more technical info on the web about the Demo, so I chose it.
do you want to make such an animation with an ironhorse sunday?
